Bahasa Melayu kali ni eh? Well, aku orang melayu dan malas nak berbahasa inggeris, google translate kan ada :3
1st
Sememangnya, belajar basics. Mana nak dapat? Internet kan ada :v
2nd(jalan pilihan)
Pilihan 1: Long way – Explore semua benda dalam software bidang tu, lama2 jadi pro la tu.
Pilihan 2: Shortcut – Try tutorials/ikut tutorial kalau nak express. Result takkan jadi cantik cam tutorial. Tapi kalau selalu ikut pakai tutorial, lama2 boleh link knowledge pasal benda tu then automatically jadi pro. Tapi kena konsisten, selalu ingat.
3rd
Kasi buat sendiri punya hasil, then show kepada orang. Apa orang komen tu la yang kita kena baiki, membangun atau menjatuhkan, tu adat belajar.
Extra: Tak tahu nak buat apa ataupun takda idea? Cari inspirasi dari art orang, boleh cuba tiru dia punya tapi kena bagi credits kat dia, sebab itu dia punya idea asal. Lama2 develop la style sendiri.
On the other way, aku ambik jalan shortcut, sebab tak cukup masa. Tapi kalau dah selalu buat lama2 dah biasa.
So hi guys,
for this post, i’ll be showing you guys on how did i install Windows 8 and a quick overview on the features.
So, for this video, i apologize for the bad and unclear English, you know i’m bad at English.
Here’s the story.
I did a little search on the net, and found Windows 8 and felt myself to actually try it by myself. So i go ahead and download the installation disc, 5 parts and are about 4.47GB. I create a bootable disc on my pendrive for the installation to test it out. And the story goes on just actually like in the video.
What’s cool in Windows 8?
First thing i know:
Fast boot, fast shut down. Takes less than 10 seconds for each operations. Save my time, yo!
Nothing much of a tutorial, i’d say.
Everything is in a single program called Kiran’s Typing Tutor.
No worries, it’s free.
Actually, if you were to know on how to type fast, it’s all about training.
I mean, type a lot. I’m sure you’ll be typing fast in no time.
Here’s something for practice, more like a learning tool i’d say.
Thanks to rayneholde(hime-chi), i’ve taken another step in design after being inspired by his recent works, where anime got adapted into Malay Movies(lol). Anyway, this is some postar that i made, inspired by MiracleMilk Design :3
Let me make this clear before I start:
I am no pro in this. I learned creating videos based on my experiences and opinions. Thus, whatever inside of this post is my honest opinions, and i have no intention of offending anyone, any parts of the society or any involved matter. I am sorry if i did offended, and i have no intention of doing that.
So, now that we’re clear, let’s start :3
What’s Video Making?
You could google up wikipedia for that, or ask anyone. But to me, video making is:
- An art of sending or expressing messages to others, where the famous saying “a picture can describes a thousand words”. If a picture can describe a thousand words, “a video can describe a million words”.
- A form of creativity, where you express your creativity throughout visual and motions. Be it moving pictures to slow-mo video footage, it’s your style.
Example:
So, now you’ve got what you wanna know the thing.
Let’s head on to the basics:
What do you need?
- Sources of video(pictures, video footages, etc)
- Video Making softwares
- Musics for video(depends on the style of the video or your taste)
- A COMPUTER, DUH
About the softwares, there’s a lot out there. Up to you which to choose, but i’d reckon:
1. Cyberlink Power Director
2. Windows Live Movie Maker
For the newbies.
There’s others like:
- Corel Video Maker x4
- Muvee
- others….
but i can’t seem to find it… Good, perhaps? Oh well, your choice.
So, for pros, you could try:
1. Adobe After Effects
2. Sony Vegas Pro
I got Vegas Pro 9 available to download in this site, check out the posts.
So, that’s that. Now you’ve pick your choices, it’s time to get into the studio.
What you need to know before you start creating videos are:
1. Your Video Style
- Slow-mo movie? Memories of school days? Action-packed? Wedding? All this plays their role in the transition, along with the music used.
2. Your video length
- Too short asks for more, too long would bore. It’s important to know how long your video will be in order to not betray the expectations of viewers.
3. Content
- You gotta highlight this. Never ever go 18+ content, or any content that appears to be offensive to any part of society, anyone or any individuals. BREAKING THIS WOULD BE REALLY BAD.
4. Audiences
- Who are you aiming to? Pretty ridiculous for kiddy movies to be shown to politics ain’t it? Creativity has it’s limit too, when it involves other individuals.
Okay, now that’s good. That’s all you need to know the basics before creating a video.
If you were to ask “how to create a video?” to me, i’ll answer “Ask your mind, your creativity will do it for you.”
Still, rather than just creativity, it’s limited to how your potential. Thus you’ve come across google or this site for tutorials, right? Then, you’re the same as me.
I’ll try to create and upload video tutorials, mostly on After Effects after i’ve learned much, and had the time. Look forward to it.
Introducing Wirecast, a Live Broadcasting Software which enables you to broadcast whatever you got in front of your camera worldwide through internet connection.
But for this time, we’re not gonna broadcast throughout the world, just to a projector with the help of this software and some other hardware.
Thus, we call this ‘Live Video’ instead of ‘Live Broadcast’, okay?
For example, if you ever seen any school graduation day have the graduates going up the screen and receiving their scroll, and what they’re doing are directly live on the big screen, that’s what i’m talking about.
So, let’s get started.
What you gonna need:
1. Wirecast Software – www.telestream.com
5. VMix2012 – www.vmix.com.au
2. Hardware listed below
3. A or multiple video camera(s)
4. a decent desktop PC, must have PCI and PCIx16 slot on the mobo.
So, the list of hardware are:
1. ATI HD 5450 64bit 1GB DDR3(any gfx card will do, just that i choose this because it’s pretty small and consume 1 PCIx16 slot only)
2. KWorld TV Tuner Card ( You could get Black Magic Intensity series for Wirecast compatibility but it gonna cost. I’ll show you how to get it work with only a common TV Card)
3. 1 to 8 Port VGA Splitter(for multiple monitors/TV display)
4. AV Selector
5. VGA to DVI converter
6. RCA/AV Cable, 50-100meters(1x if you’re using one camera, more if you use more than one)
So, next step : Install Wirecast and VMix , Install GFX Card and TV Tuner in your computer.
Sorry but i haven’t got my hands on the camera i’ve been taking pictures, but here’s how i set it up:
Credits to my old technician back then in Gerik.
Alright, that’s cool.
Now, how to integrate everything into wirecast?
Follow these steps:
1. Open up VMix, make sure you got TV Tuner Card installed and connected to a video camera.
2. Set the Video Camera to Video Mode but don’t record anything. Just leave it like that.
3. In VMix, click on Advanced>Start External. Click on Add Input>Capture tab>select your TV Tuner Card, select Composite in the Input.
4. If you see your camera lens showed up in VMix, that means it works. If not, try checking your TV Card whether it’s functioning or not. You might want to remove and insert it back, and a restart is highly recommended on your system.
5. Open up Wirecast, click on “Add live source” button, select “Vmix Video Capture”. If you’re getting what your camera is recording in Wirecast, Congrats, you’ve succeed in making live video.
Some photos i’ve taken for my recent program at school:
I’ll post up a couple of pictures and possibly videos also on how did i make it works later. Stay tuned!
Sup guys.
This ain’t no tutorial, just a cool site to share. Of course, knowledge-based, okay?
The name is Wolfram Alpha.
Take your time to read what it’s about, it’s cool.
Wolfram Alpha (also styled WolframAlpha and Wolfram|Alpha) is an answer engine developed by Wolfram Research. It is an online service that answers factual queries directly by computing the answer from structured data, rather than providing a list of documents or web pages that might contain the answer as a search engine might.
Wolfram Alpha is based on the computational platform Mathematica, written by British scientist Stephen Wolfram in 1988. Wolfram Alpha was announced in March 2009 and subsequently released on 15 May 2009
In other words, ask anything.
It doesn’t know everything but, say you got a math equation to solve, ask it :3
Hi again,
Ever knew what did i use to record my tutorials?
Using cameras? No
Using anything that looks like camera? No
Heck no, no hardware is needed. Even webcam ain’t even counting in.
So, what did i use?
Simply a software called Camtasia Studio, an essential software for Desktop Recording, and of course, mainly developed for Windows.
Compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7, but not 9k and below, mind you.
Mac? The apples got their own stuffs and it’s much more better than this, just that you gonna need the cash, eh? Still, camtasia is still compatible with Mac, no worries.
Camtasia Studio and Camtasia for Mac are software applications for creating video tutorials and presentations (screen video capture), published by TechSmith. The exact screen area to be captured can be specified, and audio may be recorded simultaneously from any standard input source.
